Saks Fifth Avenue’s Snowflake and Bubble Projection Mapping

Many of you may have seen this already, but this was one of the few videos that sparked the whole “transforming Christmas” campaign. I saw it last year and was amazed at what they did to change the feel of their building during christmas.

This is Saks Fifth Avenue’s flagship store in New York, NY down near times square. For years, they have had light snowflakes mounted to the side of their store for the holiday season, but why use lights when you can use projection and content? It’s just more fun this way!

So, for a little saturday (this was supposed to hit yesterday, oops) inspiration, here’s “The Snowflake and the Bubble”
